Registration Info
Registration Information & Dates
Registration will be open May 1st through June 15th
- Please be advised if you are registering a player who did not play for the EWAA last season and your player requires a player movement and release from their previous association -- you will be put on a waiting list until our registration closes June 15th. Once our registration closes, we will review our numbers and advise if there is room for your player. Please do not pay your fees until you have been advised that your player has been accepted into the EWAA.
- Any players registered after June 15th will not be guarunteed a spot.
- EWAA will consider adding another team to a division if there are enough registered players to do so.
Regular Season Fees

- Each player must pay Ag Society fees in additon to season fees (See Ag Society information here)
- Fees include ice rentals, referees, jerseys & socks
- Fees also include one away tournament fee for each team
- Parents will be required to sell cash draw tickets
- Parents are also expected to participate/contribute to the success of our annual Hockey Day fundraiser
Online Registration and Payment
Once you've registered online on our website please submit e-transfer payment to treasurer.ewaa@gmail.com
Please Include your Players Full Name and division in the comments section of the e-transfer.
EWAA Payment Plan
In recognition of certain financial challenges this may cause for families, EWAA offers the following payment plan:
- $100 due June 30th
- $150 due September 15th
- Remainder due December 15th
Ag Society fees are paid separate from registration fees. Every registered player must pay these fees in addition to registration fees.
Fees can be paid to your home association Standard, Hussar, Gleichen or Rockyford.

(EWAA Collects these fees directly then forwards the fees to Rockyford AgSociety)
Please include all of your players' full names and divisions in the e-transfer comments. Ag fees are due November 15th.
